MSL are registered members of CITB, CIRAS, Construction Line and are RISQS accredited. MSL also have accreditation to IS0 9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety.
Community
MSL work closely with the local community. Over 50% of their workforce are from North Lanarkshire and live in the local community. MSL have also over the last few years worked with Routes to Work in order to fill vacant positions.
MSL are keen to support the local community.
- MSL work in partnership with North Lanarkshire’s Skills Academy; this has involved providing work placements for pupils as well as sponsoring school polo-shirts for pupils and jackets for teachers.
- MSL sponsor local football team Cumbernauld United 2010; purchasing the team’s strips each year.
- MSL also sponsor Condorrat’s Tenants and Residents Association. Activities and events MSL have supported include the village’s new swing park and entrance display.
- MSL provided a memorial bench to a local graveyard on completion of a project at Linlithgow Graveyard.

These positions involve day and night time working as well as weekend shifts. The right candidate must have a valid CSCS & PTS card. You will need to be able to pass a pre-employment drugs and Alcohol (D & A) screening test and full Medical.
